The Lac Le Jeune Provincial Park is located 37 km south of Kamloops, British Columbia, off of Highway #5 or 47 km north of Merritt, BC a Lac Le Jeune Provincial Park offers swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, camping. The campground at Lac Le Jeune Provincial Park contains 144 sites. An amphitheatre, picnic area, playground, sani-station. There are 34 picnic tables. The day-use is a large grassy area near the shore of the lake. There is 146 metres of sandy beach. Swimming is popular and there is a sectioned off swim area. Lac Le Jeune is famous for its rainbow trout fish, an average size of 1.5 kgs. There is a 250' long fishing wharf located in front of the day-use area. Te wharf was constructed for wheel chair access for the handycap. This enables them to try there luck at fishing
